Top AI Africa

Trained in Africa.
Downgraded in Canada.
That can be fixed.

You have a degree, you have experience, and you have a job that matches neither — or no job at all. The problem is not your worth. It is the translation of your career into Canadian recruiter language. That is exactly what we do.

  • ✅ Specialists in African career paths
  • ✅ Available evenings and weekends on WhatsApp
  • ✅ Named employers, not generic advice

24%

Among university graduates aged 25 to 59, 24% of immigrants hold a job below their qualifications — compared with 11% of people born in Canada. The engineer driving a truck, the lawyer in a warehouse, the accountant on a packing line.

This is not fate. It is a problem of method.

Service 6 · Before you leave CAD $690 · Starts 4 to 6 months BEFORE you fly

✈️ Professional Landing

For those who already have their visa: the program nobody else offers.

Every month spent in a survival job rather than a qualified one costs thousands of dollars in lost income. Most newcomers take 8 to 12 months to get back to their level — because they start everything on arrival.

We start before you board the plane

  • Canadian résumé ready + LinkedIn positioned "Arriving in [your city] in [month]" — recruiters reach out to profiles about 90 days before arrival
  • Credential recognition started from Africa — this is the longest delay, up to 20 weeks. Triggering it before departure saves months of your life.
  • Professional body application begun if your occupation is regulated
  • 40 employers identified in your arrival city
  • Your first 10 networking messages sent before you even land

After arrival — 90 days

Recalibration call on day 7 · application pace tracked every week · 2 interview simulations · continuous adjustment.

🎯 The goal: working in your field within 90 days of landing — not within 12 months.

Frequently asked questions

❓ Newcomer settlement agencies do this for free. Why pay?

They do useful work, and we encourage you to use them as well. The differences: they start when you arrive — we start six months earlier. They give advice in group workshops — we give named lists of employers hiring your profile. They know the Canadian market — we also know your African career path and how to translate it. And we are available evenings and weekends, when you are not at work.

❓ Will you find me a job?

No — we are not a placement agency, and nobody serious "finds" a job for you. We make your application competitive and we aim it at the right doors. You are the one who wins the role; our job is to make your phone ring.

❓ My degree isn't recognised in Canada. Is it hopeless?

Almost never. Three cases: recognition is required — we start it, aiming at the right bodies; it is avoidable — many roles don't ask for it; or your experience is worth more than the degree in your target market. The diagnosis tells you which case you are in, before you spend anything on unnecessary steps.

❓ I work shifts. I have no daytime availability.

That is built in: everything happens on WhatsApp and video call, evenings and weekends included. It is one of the reasons this service exists.

❓ I'm not in Canada yet — my visa is in process.

That is the best moment — see the Professional Landing program above. Starting before departure saves months. And if relatives are still back home without a visa, their question is a different one: see the immigration page.

❓ Which occupations does this work for?

All qualified career paths: healthcare, education, engineering, IT, finance, law, skilled trades, administration. One special case: if your occupation is regulated — nurse, engineer, teacher, electrician — registration with your province's professional body is part of the plan, and we build it in from the diagnosis onwards.
